Mobile milling and welding
When a component cannot be taken to a machine, we bring the machine to the component. We mount the milling and welding unit directly on the workpiece on site and carry out the complete repair there – without dismantling and reassembly.
The large machine component will not fit on a machine tool, and removing it would take weeks and cause serious production losses.

- Worn, dented tables are face-milled, built up by welding and machined back to nominal height.
- Bore welding, bearing housings
- Worn bearing seats are evenly rebuilt, then turned back to their original size.
- Column thread build-up
- Damaged or stripped threads are rebuilt and re-cut without dismantling the machine.
- Hardfacing and cladding
- Wear-resistant and stainless layers with hardness matched to the load, up to approx. 35 HRC.
3D scanning
A part has failed and there is no drawing: the manufacturer no longer exists and the documentation has been lost. We start from the existing part – we capture its geometry with a 3D scanner, even on site, and from that we produce the model, the manufacturing drawing and the new part.

An off-the-shelf power unit either does more than you need, or lacks the one function you actually require. Using modular components, we build exactly what your machine needs – backed by our own stock.

- A custom block with the functions you need and nothing superfluous.
- Filtration and cooling
- Filtration and thermal management matched to the machine's load.

- Pressure, level and temperature monitoring as required.
