Three groups, so that everyone gets attention
To give every visitor the best possible experience and attention, we held the company presentation in three smaller groups, starting at 8:00, 11:00 and 14:00. This left time at every stop for questions and informal conversation.
The complete journey of a hydraulic cylinder — in one day
During the day we gave an insight into the processes of manufacturing, repairing and reconditioning hydraulic cylinders and presented our state-of-the-art technologies, while the plant tour and practical demonstrations offered a closer look at our day-to-day work. The stops on the plant tour:
- Hydraulic cylinder failures — real cases: what fails, why and how,
- chrome-plated rod and honed tube warehouse,
- seal manufacturing and seal warehouse,
- cylinder components warehouse,
- machining shop and design office,
- cylinder assembly workshop and welding workshop,
- pressure testing — with a live demonstration.
