For more than 20 years, Öntőgépszerviz Kft. has been serving its customers with specialists experienced in hydraulics, electronics, mechanical engineering and the foundry industry. We offer a uniquely comprehensive range of industrial services: everything you need to repair or recondition your machine is available from us, in one place.

We have extensive experience in repairing hot- and cold-chamber aluminium high-pressure die-casting machines of many makes. Together with the renowned machine manufacturers we represent, we have a solution for every element of a die-casting cell: Idra, Krown, Tecnopres, AED, Enercon.

Our machine diagnostics range from tie-bar strain and locking-force measurement and shot-parameter measurement through to complete condition assessments, while our subassembly reconditioning covers the locking unit, the shot unit and the lubrication system. Our quality management system is certified to MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 for our service activities.

Hidraulika Szaküzlet hydraulics shop — everything in one place

From a stock worth HUF 50 million in the 2010s, we have grown into one of the largest hydraulics warehouses in Hungary. 90% of our products are imported: in most cases we have built direct relationships with manufacturers — with a few exceptions, Western European suppliers.

Our parts trading business began during the 2008 financial crisis, when we opened up the in-house stock built for our service work to outside companies. At first our customers were the foundry industry and local businesses — today we have sold to every continent, thanks in part to our webshop, which offers more than 10,000 items of hydraulic and pneumatic components.

Our guiding principle is “we sell what we have in stock”: we stock the products that our partners’ actual consumption justifies. We have set up consignment stock at several partners, which makes the cooperation advantageous and smooth for both sides.

Bar stock cut to size
Chrome-plated rod up to Ø210 mm in several steel grades, honed tube up to Ø273 mm — HUF 100m in stock. Two saws, cutting up to Ø400 mm, case-hardened rods included.
Pumps
Ronzio gear pumps assembled in-house, frame sizes 1–3 — in a few hours, not weeks. Vane pumps in single and double versions. HUF 66m in stock.
Hose assembly
Steel-wire and textile-braided hoses on two hose crimping machines, up to DN50 burst-proof versions. Hydroscand Swedish hoses — exclusive Hungarian distributor.
Seal manufacturing
Industrial seals manufactured up to 520 mm diameter with short lead times — on our own machine since 2012. OEM seals, O-ring kits, nationwide delivery.
Valves
HUF 150m stock of subplate-mounted valves, mostly CETOP directional valves — 75% of them made by Parker.
Filtration technology
Official Hungarian representative of MP Filtri, plus Parker pressure filters. Donaldson, Filtrec, HIFI, Mahle, SF-Filter within a few days. HUF 30m in stock.

For almost 20 years we have been buying, selling and letting industrial property. Our properties are mainly located in Csepel, on the site of the former Csepel Művek works — workshops, warehouses, production halls and offices.
